{"id":5236,"date":"2014-09-24T03:53:17","date_gmt":"2014-09-24T03:53:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.waca.associates\/?p=379"},"modified":"2018-03-13T11:36:35","modified_gmt":"2018-03-13T02:36:35","slug":"web-analytics-consultant-practice-of-the-proposed-rules-in-takamatsu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.waca.or.jp\/en\/web_analytics\/web-analytics-consultant-practice-of-the-proposed-rules-in-takamatsu\/","title":{"rendered":"Web Analytics Consultant study session in Takamatsu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, I am Kouji Kamei, a Web Analytics Master.<\/p>\n<p>On August 2nd, we held the first ever Web Analytics Consultant study session together with the IT Kanagawa team members in Takamatsu\u2019s Kanagawa Sangyou Zunouka center.<br \/>\nIT Kanagawa is a group from the Kanagawa Association of Corporate Executives.<br \/>\nOn that day, it rained very heavily and the transportation network was cut off so while we were supposed to have about 40 people for the study session, less than 30 people attended.<br \/>\nHowever, it was still great to have about 40 people there, including the 10 presenters for the session.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the participants were web personnel and company owners with only one Web Analytics Consultant.<br \/>\nI was very worried that the participants wouldn\u2019t enjoy the study session but fortunately, they eagerly listened to the course material.<\/p>\n<p>I organized USTREAM live hook up to get everyone to watch it on Web Analytics Consultants ML but unfortunately there was only 5 people watching.<\/p>\n<p>I thought it was a good idea because the USTREAM live was scheduled to happen after I e-mailed to everyone about it.<br \/>\nBut guess what!<br \/>\nI realized after the study session that the ML posting address was wrong so it didn\u2019t work at all.<br \/>\nThe 5 people who did watch were ones I sent an e-mail to at the beginning of the trial.<br \/>\nI will try it again next time!<\/p>\n<p><strong>[1]Net mail orders to prepare for an emergency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Business strategy for online shops in the event of an over-limit of orders in a disaster.<\/p>\n<p>Masato Sekihara (Web Analytics Master Ehime)<br \/>\nWhen running an online shop, what action should you take to resolve the situation if you are unable to take orders during a natural disaster?<\/p>\n<p>Take mineral water for example.
