Uniform\ncan serve multiple purposes for a business as well as the educational.\nNowadays, wearing uniform is a responsibility in some companies and\norganizations. In some companies and organizations, they have created their own\nstyle or unique uniform for their staff and most of their staff are from\ndifferent department so in some companies they have the same uniform for all\nthe staff while in some companies they design different style of uniform for\nstaff with different department. They demand their staff to wear uniform because\nthey believe that it has a lot of advantages. However, some others disagree so,\nwearing uniform has both benefits and drawbacks.<\/p>
One of\nmany advantages is that wearing uniform to work make it easier for customers or\nclients to clearly identify and spot employees of different companies and\norganizations, so we are able to know which company or organization an employee\nis in as well as most of the customers will immediately recognize your brand.\nIt can promote the brands of the companies or organization to be known by more\npeople. Also the company can define their perfectionist through their staff and\nthe way how they design their uniform especially for the design companies. It\nis the most important point in order to attract their customers as well.<\/p>
Another\ngood point is that as you know most people do not feel interested in looking at\nthe clothes that are the same as their own so wearing uniforms to work is the\nbest way to encourage employees in a company or organization to cooperate, work\nhard, reduce distraction and people do not have to focus about what they should\nwear to wear to work or school and is it appropriate or not. If we are all\nwearing the same uniform to work it can establish the equality of people in the\nworkplace and school. Also tt can be prevented from the racism because like you\nknow that not all of people come from the same social classes.<\/p>
While all\nthis sounds great, there are also some downsides to wear uniforms to work. As we\nknow that not all the people are the same so some people think that wearing\nuniforms to work can prevent uniqueness from them because they do not feel\ncomfortable with wearing uniforms the same as the others and they want to wear\nor dress something that is attractive or different from others so it can make\nthem feel confident and comfortable. Especially for single person, they might\nneed to find their soulmate so the way how they dress up will attract the eyes\nof people and they have to carefully on how they should wear. <\/p>
Moreover,\nit cost a lot of money because some people think that what if the company or\norganization only provide a set of uniform to them so they must buy one or two\nmore sets in order to change, as you can know they cannot wear one uniform to\nwear for 5 days.<\/p>
