The thing that you need to do are implement projects, create more income streams, build connections. Use your free time to build processes that will allow you to have more free time. <\/p><p><strong>2. Stick to the same weekday sleep schedule<\/strong><\/p><p>Days off are not for sleeping in and staying up late.  You need to attack these days with even more energy and more purpose. You should go to bed early as usual, wake up early, and take advantage of the free time you have and maximize your time daily.<\/p><p><strong>3. Disconnect<\/strong><\/p><p>Often, the quickest\nway forward is to take a step back. Shut off, shut down your devices\nlike smart phone, laptop&#8230;etc and find your balance as often as\nneeded. You should spend your time speak to them daily and spend time with them as often as possible to build more relationship or connection and also make you feel comfortable to talk with each other. You should create your\nplan and do some activities that you like to do or to go. For\nexample, go to beach to relax, travel to another place that you\u2019ve\nbeen before like adventure, playing sports like football, tennis\u2026,\nsinging the songs, dancing, puzzles, playing video games, watch movie\nor K-drama. Whatever you enjoy and make you feel relax, just do it\noften. \n<\/p><p><strong>6. Spend time outdoors<\/strong><\/p><p>It\u2019s impressive to\nhave accomplishment and it\u2019s crucial. But you should be grateful\nfor them. The less you need to take credit for your accomplishments\nor have people recognize them, the more you are free to achieve in\nlife. \n<\/p><p><strong>7. Relax and reflect<\/strong><\/p><p>Quiet time is special time. It\u2019s a needed break for most for you. Make time every day, particularly on your off days, to relax and unwind for an hour or two.
